Hello! I'm Daniel!I’m a 21 year old playwright and photographer from both Spain and Scotland who is currently based in Glasgow.In 2025, I will be graduating from the University of Glasgow with a degree in English Literature and Film & Television Studies, having specialised in creative writing and drama.As a playwright I am interested in provocative and exciting stories that focus on the central question: 'How do good people do bad things?'. My work is characterised by empathetically flawed characters and single location plays that experiment with narrative in dynamic and ambitious ways. 
As a street photographer, I am interested in the intersection between daily lives and city infrastructure. Finding that connection between human beings and their surroundings is a central point of my work and something that I strive to find every time I pick up a camera. The photo of me dressed as a clock isn't particularly relevant, but it shows me as 'Cogsworth' in my schools production of 'Beauty and the Beast'. I think it gives a bit of context as to the extent I'm willing to go for artistic integrity.Please reach out if you any questions or would like to discuss work! :)
